Housewives & Radiation Detectors

Here's another item to add to your home chemical / biological prepareness kit along with the duct tape and plastic tarps; a radiation detector.

Yesterday on FOX News' "Dayside" show, they had a guest on from The Center for Mass Destruction Defense. He had a demo unit of a household version of a radiation detector. He claims almost every American will own one of these in the near future. He goes on to say that this type of device will even be used by housewives. Does this guy know something that we don't?

There is not a direct link to the video, so to watch the video you unfortunately have to go through FOX News' Dayside website. Link here. Scroll down the page a little; it's under the 'As Seen on Dayside' section, titled 'Radiation Threat?'.

Move Over Katie Couric! Here Comes E.D.

So I was on my way to Bill O'Reilly's website to buy "Boycott France" bumper stickers, and an article on FOX News' homepage caught my attention; "Are UNIFIL Forces Safe in the Mideast?", by E.D. Hill.

I have seen her on "FOX and Friends" many times. She is one of the three stooges that host the show. I am going to be honest, I have always thought that she was a shotgun-totin' hillbilly, but after this article, I now see her as a real professional in her field [SARCASIM ENDS HERE].

In her article, she writes:

...since there is clearly nothing the UNIFIL force can possibly do now during this military conflict, why aren’t the forces being withdrawn for their own safety?

Is it possible that the UN actually thinks that they might be able to help in this conflict? Maybe they want to end the killing and the bloodshed? In her article, she does not mention what UNIFIL stands for and doesn't give any kind of information about it. Since I am not an expert on the UN and world affairs like E.D. is, I went to research UNIFIL. I didn't have to go far. There was a link for UNIFIL on FOX News' website inside that article which leads to the official UN website. It appears UNIFIL stands for "United Nations Interim Force Inside Lebanon". Direct from their website:

Established to confirm the withdrawal of Israeli forces from southern Lebanon, to restore international peace and security, and to assist the Government of Lebanon in ensuring the return of its effective authority in the area.

Tell me again why you would remove UNIFIL from Southern Lebanon? They are there for a reason you dimwit.

Laura Bush / Ronald McDonald Conspiracy?

I received an email from an annonymous source; let's call him relgrubmah, that claims Laura Bush is actually Ronald McDonald. He did not have any proof except for this picture he sent me.

The picture is pretty convincing. I did some research and have found that Ronald McDonald hasn't been seen in over 6 years. Do you know what was six years ago? The 2000 Presidential Election. It appears that since she has become First Lady, Ronald McDonald has disappeared. It looks like relgrubmah and I might be on to something.

I forgot to mention that I became a vegetarian around 2000, so me not seeing Ronald McDonald at McDonalds could be due to the lack of me going to a McDonalds over the last six years or so. Either way, Laura Bush is freaky.

Ewww! Ann Coulter <--BARF-->

Today I stopped by the Drudge Report to see what government propaganda he was spewing out. Bush is God yada yada Demicrats are goin' raise yer taxes and kill yer babies yada yada. I scroll down the page and I see the most hideous creature to walk this earth; Mann Coulter. Oh, I mean Ann Coulter.

Does Drudge think that putting ads with pictures of Ann Coulter on his site is going to attract new visitors or keep returning visitors coming back? Seems like a bad marketting strategy to me.

Maybe it's not about the money. Maybe Drudge is doing it to help overweight people. You see, when a normal person sees a picture of Ann Coulter, they immediately start vomitting. So, maybe the ads are a good thing. He's helping Americans tone down a little so they can start fitting through the door at McDonald's again.

Worst President Ever?

I don't know much about American History (mainly because they didn't teach much of it in high school), but it sure seems like our current President is the worst one so far.

I hear Nixon was a crook, Reagan sold weapons to 'terrorists', HW Bush didn't know what a check-out scanner was at a grocery store, Clinton was better but was still a dud, and then we get this A-hole. I can not believe people actually voted him in office, TWICE! Oh that's right, they stole the election both times.

There are so many terrible things this guy has done; like start two senseless wars, tax cuts for the rich, piss on the poor, making it harder or impossible for people to claim bankruptcy, screw over veterans and military families, piss on the poor some more and then make them clean it up, the list goes on. Remember, this is the guy who thought that a divorced single mom having 3 jobs to support her family was a good thing! (Link here with audio)

I am embarressed to have this man (or, man-child if you will) represent us. After last week with him at the G8 with his incident with the German Chancellor, I am convinced that he has some kind of mental disorder.
